Eco-friendly waste disposal consulting
All services are subject to availability and regional coverage.
We reserve the right to modify or discontinue services at any
time.
2. USER RESPONSIBILITIES
You agree:
To provide accurate, current, and complete information when
using our contact forms or requesting services.
Not to misuse our services for unlawful purposes.
To ensure any property where service is requested is safe
and accessible.
We reserve the right to refuse service if these conditions are
not met.
3. BOOKING & PAYMENT TERMS
All service bookings are to be confirmed through our official
communication channels. Payment is required either:
In advance via mobile money, bank transfer, or debit card,
or
On completion via cash or pre-approved method.
Late or failed payments may result in additional charges.
GreenBox Sewage is not responsible for any bank or transaction
fees incurred by the customer.
4. CANCELLATIONS & REFUNDS
Cancellations made more than 24 hours before the scheduled
service time will be refunded in full. Cancellations within 24
hours are non-refundable unless caused by force majeure (e.g.,
flood, government directive).
If we are unable to deliver the service due to our fault, a
full refund or rescheduling will be offered.
5. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All content on this website—including text, logos, images, and
designs—is the property of GreenBox Sewage Ltd. You may not
reproduce, distribute, or reuse any content without express
written consent.
6. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
We provide our services with reasonable care and skill. However,
we are not liable for:
Indirect or consequential damages
Delays caused by third parties or events beyond our control
Damage caused by hidden conditions on your property (e.g.,
poor drainage, blocked access)
7. TERMINATION
We may suspend or terminate your access to the site or our
services at any time if you violate these Terms or abuse our
staff or systems.
8. GOVERNING LAW
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Ghana.
Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Ghana.
